Traditional chemical treatment

At first we will be taking holes measuring 3 cm radius and 20 cm depth at a distance of 1 - 2 feet inside the floor area. Then will be injecting the chemical preparation through the holes, mixing at a ratio of 2.1 ml chemical concentration in one litter water. After closing these holes, chemical emulsion will be spraying all carpet area and walls. For abandoned precaution and more effective controlling of termites, will be spraying the chemical mixer in a trench taken around the building. This work will be executed by our well-experienced skilled workers.

Pre-Construction / Anti-termite Treatment ( 10 years warranty )

Post Construction/Termite Eradication Treatment(5 years warranty )

At first drilled holes will be taken measuring 6 mm radius and 20 cm depth at a distance of 1.5 feet along the junction of all walls and floors. Then the chemicals are injected through the holes, mixed with a ratio of 2.1 ml chemical in one litter water. After closing these holes with proper sealing media like putty, surefiller, etc., the chemicals will be sprayed on all carpet area and walls. And then chemical mixer will be sprayed in a trench taken around the building.

Treatment codes & Description:

1. EIP –1 : Repellant treatment (internal spraying)
2. EARP – 2 : Reptile controlling. (Repellant)
3. EGP – 3 : Destruction of eggs, pupas, and total reproductive system of pests, Repellant against flies and all adult pests.
4. EFP – 4 : Fogging against mosquitoes, bees, etc.
5. ERP – 5 : Rodent control
6. ELCP – 6 : Lizard controlling
7. ESTP – 7 : Special treatment against cockroaches.

Terminator Tube Treatment

Terminator tube was developed over a period of Seven years in Broome Western Australia by Kimberley John Brown a very well Respected and noted Termite Specialist. With the advancement of developing the worlds first non chemical non toxic termite baiting attractant elimination system, Terminator is fast becoming one of the most successful termite elimination systems available on the market today with the specially designed and patented Terminator Tube for in ground instillation. Terminator Tube is a very successful baiting system to eliminate and control colonies of subterranean termites.

What is Terminator Tube?
The Terminator Tube is the world's first non-chemical and non -toxic professional termite monitoring and attractant baiting system. The Terminator Tube's bait uses an organic termite attracting formula that gives off a pheromone which attract termites. Terminator Tube not only eliminates the colonies, but most importantly, provides a full property defense system which keeps new termite infestation at bay. Made from low profile, high impact plastic material it provides virtually unbreakable service for years to come.
Terminator Tube Installation:
Using an augur or petrol or hand auger make a depth of 16 inches or 400 mm. Place tube into hole and make sure it is firmly fitted into the ground. Remove bait from vacuumed seal bag, place bait into tube, then place polystyrene foam disc inside tube on top of bait. Place lid on top of tube, fit firmly using locking key to firmly tighten the lid. Continue this process every 3 meter.
After installing Terminator Tube, do a map of Terminator Tube for example from no.1 station n to 20 for office records to refer to. Recommend to check Terminator tube within 1 month for infestation and 2 months after the 1st inspection. To treat infestation inside Terminator Tube use dusting padder or what is approved in your country for treating baiting system.
When sufficient termites are found in the tube, termicides are used to eradicate these termites, infecting the Queen and entire colony. Return in 14 days, remove baits, wipe clean Terminator Tube with clean cloth and replace a new Terminator Tube with a fresh bait. Recommended check after 2 months.

Lure Box

The Lure box which is self watering is used for the termites affected inside the homes or buildings. The Lure box is installed in such places and it works in the same principles as that of the Terminator tube. After inspecting the house; place Lure box as close as you can at the infected area. Return in 7 days with dusting padder. After 7 days if Lure box is infected; dispose off Lure box in the right mannner for safety procedure. Lure box canb e use for example in kitchen area, bathroom and wet area. Check Lure box every 2 months for termite infested or breading area. Lure box can be fastened on the wall by wall plug or double sided tape.. See the pictures of lure box installed at our client site
